Rates of service are as follows:

In my initial consultation I will review your entire medical history that you send to me using the forms provided. During our interview, either in person, or on the phone, I may ask you more questions about your conditions and or symptoms in detail. I want to provide the best written report because that recommendation is what is sent to your physician. If it’s been some time since your last set of labs we will need more current assessments to see what is now going on inside your body. Analyzing all of your data and formulating a custom medication formulary usually involves about three (3) hours time and the fee is 350.00. My staff and I will work diligently to ensure your medication changes and or doses will not only make you feel better, but will get back to enjoying life to its fullest. 

Future follow-up visits are a must to keep your medication intake under control. Those visits are based on an hourly charge of 110.00 per hour. However, year-around services are available.

If you so desire, you can have access to your own personal Pharmacist year around, any time during the day or night. It is extremely important that I am made aware of any changes to your medication treatment and if you fall or visit the doctor and are prescribed any additional medications. We will need to make sure that these new medications do not interfere with your new and personalized drug therapy management plan.  This option is billed once a year for 350.00 and eliminates the 110.00 per hr charge.
